Durga Foundation: 15 Years of Transforming Lives & Empowering Rural Communities (2010–2025)
Founded on February 21, 2010, in Belwa, Semara Hardo, Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, Durga Foundation is a non-governmental and non-profit organization dedicated to educational empowerment, career guidance, and skill development for underserved communities. For over 15 years, we have been at the forefront of bridging the digital divide, fostering youth employment, and supporting women’s empowerment.

In many rural areas, talented students struggle with financial constraints and lack of proper guidance, which limits their ability to achieve their dreams. At Durga Foundation, we are committed to breaking these barriers by providing:

Our Journey: Key Milestones (2010–2025)
Laying the Foundation: Career Guidance & Resource Distribution (2010–2016)
Our journey began with career counseling programs in schools, book distribution, and computer donations to introduce students to the digital world. We also empowered women by providing sewing machines, enabling them to gain financial independence.

Adapting & Innovating: E-Literacy & Virtual Learning (2018–2025)
Recognizing the growing importance of digital literacy, we expanded our programs to offer:
- Free spoken English and personality development training
- Online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure uninterrupted education
- Skill development workshops
Through these initiatives, we are shaping a tech-savvy generation ready to embrace the future.
