Tarun Oberai

Tarun Oberai is an Oracle EPM expert with over 16 years of experience in infrastructure, architecture, and cloud implementations. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Services at Alithya in Connecticut, USA, he leads global teams and drives innovation in enterprise performance management solutions. As the Vice President and Co-Founder of Durga Foundation, Tarun is a passionate advocate for skill development and women empowerment in Eastern Uttar Pradesh. Under his leadership, the foundation has expanded its digital literacy initiatives, creating new opportunities for underprivileged youth and women to achieve financial independence through education and technology. Born and raised in Agra, Tarun completed his schooling at Air Force School, Agra, and later pursued a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, and Communication) from NIT Silchar. Continuously upskilling, he has added several IT certifications to his professional portfolio. Tarun believes that the youth are the architects of India’s future and encourages them to innovate and ideate for a progressive, self-reliant India. His vision for the Durga Foundation was to offer timely support and guidance to rural youth, enabling them to actively participate in building a new India that shines brightly on the global stage.
